About the position
We are seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. This role involves advising borrowers on their financial status, guiding them through the loan application process, and managing customer interactions to ensure a smooth experience. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours, and is commission-based, providing significant earning potential based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- File loan applications and supporting documents
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields
- Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MLO License (Required)
- NMLS Number (Required)
