About the position
We are seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at Mission San Jose Mortgage. This role involves advising borrowers on their financial status, guiding them through the loan application process, and managing customer interactions to ensure a smooth lending experience. The position is available for both part-time and full-time work, offering flexibility and the potential for significant earnings based on commission.
Responsibilities
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- File loan applications and supporting documents.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
