About the position

The Senior Mortgage Loan Officer position at Pathway Mortgage LLC is a remote role focused on managing the mortgage loan process from origination to closing. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid Florida NMLS Mortgage License is required.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with federal regulations governing mortgage lending.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Loan Officer Software and CRMs.
• Knowledge of various loan products including FHA, VA, and commercial loans.
