About the position

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing a portfolio of client relationships. This position is focused on recommending loan solutions, developing new client opportunities, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate mortgage transactions and analyze customer financial information to meet the needs of complex borrowers.

Responsibilities

  • Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
  • Manages a portfolio of customer relationships and seeks prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients.
  • Responsible for sales calls and developing loan solutions.
  • Reviews documentation to ensure compliance and manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Requirements

  • University/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered.
