As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the Greater Detroit, MI area. Ideal candidates will have a history of proven production. In this role, you will recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. You will manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and will be responsible for sales calls. Additionally, you will develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation to ensure compliance. Managing the customer pipeline for efficiency is also a key responsibility, as is collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. You will collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers, ensuring that all interactions are customer-focused and aligned with PNC's values.

Responsibilities

  • Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.

  • Responsible for sales calls and developing new business.
  • Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services.
  • Reviews documentation to ensure compliance with lending guidelines.

  • Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Requirements

  • University/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience, or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of banking products, client prospecting, customer needs, and customer relationships.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage customer experience.
