As a Mortgage Loan Officer in Nashville, TN, you will play a crucial role in helping clients secure the best mortgage options available. You will also have access to marketing, branding, and social media tools to help promote your services effectively. The ideal candidate will have the ability to originate and structure various types of loans, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA mortgages, and will be comfortable learning new programs, including several Non-QM options. You will be expected to present and relay industry updates regularly to your Real Estate partners, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the home buying process. Managing an active pipeline of 6-12 loans per month while maintaining a high level of service is essential, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and structure different types of loans including FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA mortgages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate Agents.
  • Provide a world-class client experience throughout the mortgage process.
  • Manage an active pipeline of 6-12 loans per month.
  • Present and relay industry updates to Real Estate partners regularly.
  • Utilize marketing, branding, and social media tools to promote services.

Requirements

  • MLO License is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential loan origination.
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Experience in credit analysis and loan origination.
