Responsibilities

• Utilize industry knowledge to recommend a variety of mortgage products including VA, FHA, Fannie, Freddie, and portfolio products.
• Identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of residential centers of influence for new mortgage lending opportunities.
• Enhance referral sources through participation in business development and community engagement efforts.
• Maintain a clean pipeline with organized follow-up and clear communication regarding rate locks, closing dates, and quotes.
• Participate in sales and training meetings with realtors, builders, and other prospects.
• Work with processors to ensure loan compliance through accurate preparation of required disclosures.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products.
• Influence residential revenue growth and maintain expense adherence.

Requirements
