About the position

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and recommending loan solutions that align with lending guidelines and client requirements. This position is primarily based in New Jersey, with responsibilities that may require time in the office or field, while also allowing for some remote work. You will be expected to develop new client opportunities, manage a customer pipeline, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient mortgage transactions.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
• Responsible for sales calls.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of banking products and mortgage solutions.
• Experience in client prospecting and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to develop customized customer solutions based on needs.
• Strong documentation skills to ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
• Effective communication skills for customer interactions and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Financial analysis skills to assess customer financial information.
