About the position

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus but not required).
  • Valid state license as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage lending.
  • Proven track record of success in originating and closing loans.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
  • Strong communication skills.
