About the position

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by recommending loan solutions that align with lending guidelines and client needs. This position involves managing a portfolio of customer relationships, developing new client opportunities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate mortgage transactions. The role is primarily based in Maryland and Delaware, with a mix of office and fieldwork, and some responsibilities may be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships and seeks prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients.
• Responsible for sales calls and developing loan solutions.
• Prepares and reviews documentation to ensure compliance and manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Requirements

• University/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered.
