About the position

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and providing tailored loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines. This position is primarily based in Maryland and Delaware, requiring regular office and field presence, with some remote work possible at the manager's discretion. You will be responsible for sales calls, managing a customer pipeline, and collaborating with stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions, all while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
• Responsible for sales calls.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Requirements

• University/college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and mortgage solutions.
• Experience in financial analysis and client prospecting.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
