Responsibilities

• Establish strong connections with clients to understand their financial situations.

• Generate a proactive client base, including working with leads from in-house real estate professionals.
• Secure loans at the point of sale and request initial documents.
• Submit a preliminary paperless loan package without the need for processing.
• Resolve issues across multiple departments while maintaining high service levels.

Requirements

• Active Michigan DFIS MLO license required.
• NMLS SAFE ACT compliance is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and relationship building.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent follow-up skills with borrowers and internal partners.
