About the position

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and recommending loan solutions that align with lending guidelines and client requirements. This position involves both in-office and fieldwork, with opportunities for remote work. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. Your role will also include collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate mortgage transactions and analyzing customer financial information for complex borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
• Conduct sales calls to promote mortgage products.
• Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services.
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with lending standards.
• Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Requirements

• University/college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and mortgage solutions.
• Experience in client prospecting and customer relationship management.
• Strong financial analysis skills and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to manage risks associated with business objectives.

• Experience in sales tasks and activities related to mortgage products.
