About The Position
This position provides administrative and operational support by preparing mortgage loan documents for processing. Prepares and delivers initial disclosures and re-disclosures to customers. Orders various mortgage services such as appraisal and title. Gathers other necessary documentation to ensure all requirements of the loan transaction are met prior to moving the loan to processing. Communicates effectively with all parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction.
