In this position, you will be responsible for fielding and evaluating customer inquiries, typically handling 8-10 inbound calls per day. You will establish rapport with customers by actively listening to their immediate needs and motivations, documenting interactions to capture personal and financial insights for future personalized communication. Your ability to educate and coach customers on our products and services will empower them to make informed decisions, ultimately leading to successful sales outcomes. You will manage a pipeline of potential customers at various stages of the refinancing journey, balancing business development with relationship management. Collaboration is key; you will share learnings with team members and leaders, contributing to team initiatives and supporting your peers through mentorship and feedback. This role is not just about sales; it’s about making a difference in the lives of our customers and helping them achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services or a sales environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective sales and closing techniques with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent overall computer skills.
  • Commitment to obtaining an MLS License, with paid training time and exam costs provided by the company.
