About the position

The Sales Manager at R&J Capital Group, LLC is responsible for leading the sales team in a dynamic mortgage brokerage environment. The Sales Manager acts as a liaison between lenders and mortgage loan officers, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and strategies to grow the business and achieve the company's sales goals.
• Manage the sales team, operations, and resources to drive profitable growth.
• Set individual sales targets, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Oversee sales team activities, performance, and training to ensure continuous improvement.
• Train new producers on industry basics, qualifications, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals.
• Manage detailed reporting of sales metrics and provide data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least 5 years of experience as a mortgage sales manager.
• 5+ years of directly related experience and training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with customers, MLOs, and partners.
• Knowledge of industry-standard loan products.
• College degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the mortgage industry for 7 years (Preferred)
