• Meet or exceed established recruiting goals and metrics
• Track and manage candidates using our recruiting database
• Stay current on recruiting trends, labor market shifts, and relevant employment legislation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting
• Staffing or recruiting industry experience is a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruiting tools
