About the position

The Motion Designer & Video Editor role is focused on creating a variety of video assets for live and virtual events, vendor projects, and internal collateral. The position requires the ability to understand project strategies and translate them into compelling visual stories through graphics and animation. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in motion graphics, video editing, and post-production development.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for production team with design, motion graphics, animation, editing and post-production activities.
• Produces graphically impactful art boards that convey business concepts in an easy to understand graphic illustration.
• Meets with Stakeholders or internal teams to plan, execute, and review video projects.
• Assists in managing production media by logging, transcoding and organizing files.
• Assists projects with filming and production related activities.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Meets attendance and punctuality standards.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with Video Production, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or Art field of study required.
• Expert level of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
