About the position

The Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor at ITA Group Inc is responsible for creating high-quality video and animation deliverables that enhance participant communication solutions for both internal and external clients. This role involves collaborating with Creative Strategy Advisors, Creative Directors, Designers, and Writers to produce innovative motion graphics and video content that aligns with the creative vision of various projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling video and animation deliverables for clients.
• Conceive and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategy Advisors, Designers, and Writers to fulfill creative vision.
• Review own work critically and articulate concept rationale to clients.
• Manage multiple client preferences and account needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Video/Film, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Web Development/Design or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years' experience as a Motion Graphics Specialist in an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop) and Final Cut Pro.
• Basic Mac and PC experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience in a service-related industry.
• Working knowledge of camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage workflows.
