About the position

The Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating engaging video and animation content for both internal and external clients. This role involves collaborating with various creative professionals to produce high-quality motion graphics and video solutions that align with the clients' communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling video and animation deliverables for internal and external clients.
• Conceive and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video solutions.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategy Advisors, Creative Directors, Designers, and Writers to fulfill creative vision.
• Review own work critically and articulate concept rationale to clients.
• Manage multiple client preferences and account needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Video/Film, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Web Development/Design or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years' experience as a Motion Graphics Specialist in an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Basic Mac and PC experience required.
• Software experience includes Adobe CS products (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
• Working understanding of effective communication styles and techniques.
• Working knowledge of camera, audio and lighting equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage workflows in stressful circumstances.
