About The Position
This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento. If you are motivated, dependable, organized and can establish effective working relationships with customers, coworkers, and management in a team environment, the Registration Processing III unit, in the Operations Division, Registration Services Branch, wants YOU to be their next Motor Vehicle Representative (MVR)! Under the direction of the Manager I, the Motor Vehicle Representative (MVR) will process registration workloads; assist Law Enforcement, field offices, and the public by interpreting and explaining vehicle and vessel registration policies, procedures, and California Vehicle Code; review various applications for required documents, signatures, and proper payment; cashier and key transactions into DMV automated systems; and issue registrations.
