About the position

The Motorcycle Product Specialist (V-Twin) and Customer Support role at Comoto Holdings is designed for motorcycle enthusiasts who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support. This full-time position involves assisting customers with inquiries related to motorcycle parts, accessories, and gear, while also driving sales and ensuring a great customer experience. The role requires a deep knowledge of V-Twin motorcycles and the ability to communicate effectively with customers across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels with professionalism.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding fitment, application, modification, and selection of motorcycle parts, gear, and accessories.
  • Help customers place orders to enhance their overall experience.
  • Continuously learn about motorcycle parts, gear, and riding styles to provide informed support.
  • Collaborate with logistics, techs, suppliers, and order management teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Communicate effectively and polished, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide daily support to customers with a focus on their needs.

Requirements

  • Passion for motorcycles and related products; rider/owners preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Harley / V-Twin motorcycle parts and accessories (required).
  • Working knowledge of additional power sports equipment including metric bikes, UTV, ATV, scooters, and snowmobiles is a bonus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Established communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work outside standard business hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience in retail, service, or hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
