About the position

Tampa Triumph is seeking passionate Motorcycle Sales Consultants to join their award-winning team. The role involves providing an exceptional motorcycle buying experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates should have a love for motorcycles and a commitment to customer service, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of various motorcycles to potential customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Follow up on sales leads
• Maintain a strong rapport with customers during and after the sales process
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest motorcycles and industry trends
• Develop, qualify, and close sales
• Provide sales management reports showing sales pipeline, leads, deals, and deliveries
• Participate in manufacturer training and educational opportunities
• Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests

Requirements

• Prior experience in motorcycle sales preferred
• Motorcycle endorsement is a plus
• Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Spanish will have an added advantage
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer literacy and competence
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to ride and push a motorcycle

• Product knowledge of European motorcycles
• Customer Relationship Management knowledge
• ADP Lightspeed or similar dealer management system experience
