About the position

The Motorcycle Salesperson at Hill Thrill Motoplex is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the motorcycle buying process. This role combines sales responsibilities with operational tasks to support the dealership's daily functions, ensuring a personalized shopping experience and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.
  • Guide customers through the motorcycle buying process, providing product information and assistance with financing options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on motorcycle industry trends and dealership promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals.
  • Handle sales transactions and complete paperwork accurately.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and leads to generate sales.
  • Assist with showroom organization and inventory management, ensuring motorcycles and accessories are displayed attractively.
  • Support general operations, including handling bikes, performing safety checks, and organizing the warehouse.
  • Conduct routine tasks like mop water removal from concrete and secure vehicles at the end of the day.
  • Participate in dealership events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of motorcycles, with the ability to discuss features and benefits confidently.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement preferred).
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks and work flexible hours as needed.
