About the position
The Motorcycle Technician Support Representative at Comoto Holdings is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to motorcycle enthusiasts. This position combines product expertise with customer interaction, requiring a passion for motorcycles and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. The representative will assist customers with inquiries related to motorcycle parts, gear, and accessories, while also driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels with a focus on customer experience.
- Assist customers with questions regarding fitment, application, modification, and selection of motorcycle parts and accessories.
- Answer standard customer service inquiries, including returns, lost packages, and order placements.
- Help customers place orders to ensure a complete and satisfying customer experience.
- Continuously learn about motorcycle parts, gear, and riding to provide informed support to customers.
- Collaborate with logistics, techs, suppliers, and order management teams to enhance customer service delivery.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of motorcycle engines, parts, and accessories is required.
- Previous experience as a motorcycle mechanic is strongly preferred.
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
- Established communication, interpersonal, and listening skills are necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment is required.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge of additional powersports equipment such as dirtbikes, UTVs, ATVs, scooters, and snowmobiles is a bonus.
- Experience in retail, service, or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
