About the position

The Motorsport Marketing Contractor will assist in planning, organizing, and implementing motorsports and sports marketing events across North America. This role focuses on managing event logistics, activating marketing programs with sponsors, and enhancing customer experiences at motorsport events. The contractor will work closely with various teams to ensure successful execution of events and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Motorsports and Sports Marketing Manager with planning and organizing motorsports events.
• Activate event-marketing programs in conjunction with sponsors and partners.
• Manage event vehicle logistics for the Motorsports fleet and other events.
• Manage Motorsports activations including customer hospitality programs and dealership events.
• Develop the racing presence in North America and strategize the role of motorsports in the brand.
• Work with brand partners and sponsors to enhance event experiences.
• Liaise with the field and dealer network for motorsports communication and activation.
• Contribute to the integration of CRM, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, and Regional Offices on national driving programs.
• Collaborate with Events Agency and Social Media to integrate emerging technology into events.
• Monitor KPIs and deliverables related to events and marketing programs.

Requirements

• Experience in motorsports marketing or event management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in managing logistics and event operations.

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $28.00 - $29.00 on W2.
