The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in meeting personal income goals while adhering to dealership standards and legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Submit deals to lenders for approval.
• Ensure units are properly registered and titled.
• Make product presentations to customers for various aftermarket products.
• Work with the sales department to ensure a fast and pleasant customer experience.
• Devote efforts to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Determine each customer's motorsports needs by asking questions and listening.
• Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Know and understand federal, state, and local laws governing retail motorsport sales.

Requirements
