About the position

The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the Motorsports Park. This role combines managerial duties with social media management and content creation, ensuring a seamless guest experience while promoting events and engaging with the community through various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage scheduling and training of front-of-house staff, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize social media marketing techniques to promote events and engage with the community.
  • Monitor online presence through social listening tools, responding to feedback promptly.
  • Create content using Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator for social media content, email blasts, facility signage, and more.
  • Create professional and on-brand content (emails, social media posts, signage).
  • Maintain the website and update as needed.
  • Maintain an organized workflow by proofreading all communications for accuracy.
  • Foster relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests efficiently.
  • Have a deep understanding of all daily operations to ensure that the day runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with clientele.
  • Familiarity with WordPress web management, Square online store, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and Capcut for managing social media accounts effectively.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, enabling creative contributions to marketing efforts.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution in high-pressure situations.

  • Experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Knowledge of event promotion and community engagement strategies.
