About The Position
The Moulder Operator is responsible for the setup and operation of the moulder to meet quality and quantity standards in the production of customer products. This role involves setting up, operating, and verifying work on assigned machines to consistently meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards. The operator will monitor products constantly to ensure that quality standards are being met and will reject any products that do not meet these standards. Additionally, the Moulder Operator will assist in training new operators as required and will be responsible for accurately completing all documentation related to the position, including lean record keeping and production reports.
