Moulding Delivery Driver/Material Stocker

About the position

The Moulding Delivery Driver at Anderson Moulding is responsible for efficiently operating delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products. This role combines driving responsibilities with warehouse duties, including inventory management and order fulfillment, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment efficiently (must be forklift certified).
• Receive and inspect incoming products and materials.
• Accurately record inventory data and stock products in designated areas.
• Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Stock material daily in the warehouse and ensure proper organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Process paperwork and complete basic computer tasks as needed.
• Operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of products using equipment.
• Follow established routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts.
• Assist in the warehouse as needed, including organizing the inventory and preparing shipments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience and no moving violations.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience in the window and door industry is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 60 lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
