The Move, Add, Change (MAC) Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all activities related to the movement, addition, and change of infrastructure and services within a secure environment. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and an active TS/SCI Clearance. The MAC Lead will also hold an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification, which is essential for the effective coordination and implementation of MAC requests. The primary goal of this role is to ensure minimal disruption to operations while adhering to organizational standards and security protocols. In this role, the MAC Lead will be tasked with planning and executing moves, adds, and changes of telecommunications and IT infrastructure. This involves collaborating with various departments to assess needs, plan schedules, and execute MAC orders efficiently. The MAC Lead must ensure that all MAC activities comply with organizational policies, security protocols, and industry best practices. Coordination with IT, facilities, and security teams is crucial to manage the logistics of physical and network changes effectively.
