The Move Manager at WellRive is responsible for coordinating all aspects of clients' moves, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. This role involves leadership, project management, and direct collaboration with clients and team members to facilitate the moving process, including packing, unpacking, and staging homes. The position is part-time and requires flexibility in hours and locations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the client's move.
  • Respond timely to client's initial requests and provide estimates.
  • Travel to and from clients' residences and appointments related to the move.
  • Measure, assess, and layout floorplans for new living environments.
  • Pack and unpack clients' possessions safely and efficiently.
  • Hang pictures, make beds, and stock cabinets as needed.
  • Direct and assist with loading, unloading, and disposal of materials.
  • Work collaboratively with various moving companies and their teams.
  • Provide clients with solutions to accommodate their unique needs.
  • Lead, supervise, and guide team members throughout the move.
  • Delegate tasks to ensure team efficiency.
  • Problem-solve on the spot during the moving process.
  • Schedule necessary services to complete client moves successfully.
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation timely.
  • Follow up with clients post-move to ensure satisfaction.
