The Mover / Junk Removal Specialist position at College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving involves providing friendly and efficient moving and junk removal services. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, positive, and stress-free moves and junk removal to all customers.
• Safely remove items from clients' homes, offices, and buildings.
• Be punctual and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Lead by example and promote the company's core values.
• Drive a 16, 20, or 26-foot box truck (non-CDL).
• Professionally wrap furniture and pack the moving truck using best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to complete moving tasks efficiently.
• Sell packing inventory to clients during moving services.
• Perform daily truck inspections and complete required documentation for each job.
• Check in regularly with the direct supervisor for additional assignments.

Requirements

• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs and walking.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Driving experience is a plus and will pay additional.
• Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
• Reliable, professional, and knowledgeable personnel.
