Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the service team to ensure high-quality vehicle service.
- Provide customers with professional recommendations on tire purchases and maintenance needs.
- Assist in managing the store's budget and finances.
- Handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Advise customers on a full range of repair and maintenance services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of automotive tech experience.
- Excellent communication skills to explain repairs to customers.
- Firm commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
