About the position

The MRA Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced professional organization. Interns will work on a variety of creative, technical, and team-oriented projects that support key business initiatives, providing broad exposure to different lines of business and the chance to interact with various professionals across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and contribute to creative, technical, and strategic projects within assigned departments.
• Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand development, including updating content pages and assisting in the development of email and social media campaigns.
• Engage in learning opportunities by rotating through other areas of marketing with shorter projects or assignments.
• Network with business professionals to gain insights into various functions within the organization.
• Collaborate effectively within teams, contributing ideas and supporting project goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a major in HR or related studies.
• Available at least 16 hours a week (20-35 hours a week during the summer and 20-30 hours during the fall preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to different roles and tasks as needed.
