About the position

The MRA Summer Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment. Interns will work on a variety of creative, technical, and team-oriented projects that support key business initiatives, enhancing their skills and career prospects while contributing to the organization's success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and contribute to creative, technical, and strategic projects within assigned department(s).
• Assist in the planning, promoting, execution, and follow-up of MRA conferences and events, serving as the lead planner on one event with the assistance of the C&E team.
• Help organize and coordinate roundtable discussions and meetings, including researching the utilization of AI for selecting discussion topics and summarizing trending hot topics.
• Network with business professionals and gain insights into various functions within the organization.
• Work effectively within teams, contributing ideas and supporting project goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a major in HR or related studies.
• Available at least 16 hours a week (20-35 hours a week during the summer and 20-30 hours during the fall preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems.
