About the position

In this role as an MRI Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the clinical delivery of MR education for our customers across the Northeast Zone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive training, ranging from basic to intermediate application training, in various hospitals and clinics throughout the region. This position requires a strong commitment to ensuring site readiness, which involves close collaboration with local sales, service, and Clinical Project Management (CPM) teams. You will be tasked with delivering engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the highest level of service and professionalism. As a leader in this role, you will take personal ownership of the learner experience, engaging in customer consultations and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the training process. Effective communication will be key, as you will need to continually update internal teams on project status, address any issues or delays, and foster collaboration among learners. You will also be expected to gain in-depth knowledge of relevant solutions per modality, demonstrating advanced proficiency in your areas of specialization. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you guide customers through testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities of Philips solutions. This position is not just about training; it requires a willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northeast Zone, with New York City as your primary location. You should be prepared for occasional night and weekend coverage as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MR clinical experience, particularly in pediatrics, and must maintain professional credentials, including being a Registered Technologist with ARRT and holding advanced certification in MR. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with effective communication, time management, and organizational skills. You will also need to meet specific customer mandates, including vaccinations and screening tests, and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training.
  • Ensure site readiness through collaboration with local sales, service, and CPM teams.
  • Provide the highest-level customer experience for on-site training and customer communication.
  • Take a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and delays with internal teams and encourage collaboration among learners.
  • Gain complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and demonstrate advanced proficiency in areas of specialization.
  • Guide the customer in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of MR clinical experience with a strong background in pediatrics.
  • Must maintain professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
  • Must have advanced certification in MR.
  • Certificate or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification preferred.
  • Experience as a clinical preceptor providing education is strongly preferred.
  • Effective communication skills - verbal and written, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
