About the position

The MRO Clerk Evening position at Butterball, LLC is responsible for utilizing and maintaining the facility's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule and monitor maintenance work, as well as to trace and document company assets and their maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations and communication within the maintenance department, particularly during the night shift from Sunday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities

  • Record and provide maintenance reports on KPI's (Dashboard) for management use.
  • Generate weekly work for maintenance employees.
  • Enter maintenance data such as time and work accomplished from employee timesheets into CMMS.
  • Update maintenance reports for utility usage and wastewater quality conditions and communicate this information via email.
  • Assist and collaborate with department supervisors to schedule work and create new preventative maintenance (PM) procedures.
  • Schedule and print employee timesheets for the following day(s).
  • Update maintenance reports on employee time and overtime, PM/Non-routine work, project completion, and company downtime and utility usage, and communicate this information through email and hard-copy format.
  • Enter data from chemical lab reports into wastewater reports.
  • Generate, print, and sort PMs from CMMS for maintenance employees.
  • Update report on maintenance work to be done over the weekend (Weekend List), create work orders, and communicate this information to management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Six months experience in data collection preferred.
  • Skillful use of spreadsheets, word processing, and other data collection software.
  • Practical use of CMMS or Access-based program or other similar software preferred.
  • Knowledge of terms and equipment used in the industry.
  • Ability to utilize a computer to communicate, collect and sort data, and to distribute the data.
  • Good people skills to communicate with associates.
