About the position

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking qualified Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) Adult Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLC) to provide flexible, as-needed behavioral health services to military service members and their families. This role supports installations across Oklahoma and North Dakota, offering part-time opportunities as requirements arise.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face counseling services to military service members and their families, focusing on areas such as life skills, stress management, adjustment issues, marital problems, parenting challenges, and grief/loss.
• Offer behavioral health counseling to assist with military-related transitions, such as returning from deployment, addressing adjustment difficulties, and enhancing interpersonal relationships.
• Assist with health and wellness presentations and training for service members and their families in coordination with installation command staff.
• Collaborate with installation POCs to ensure services meet contract requirements and address the needs of the assigned military community.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA).
• Valid, unrestricted counseling license or certification in the state of assignment (Oklahoma or North Dakota). Accepted licenses include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LMHC (clinicians under supervision are not eligible).
• Experience and understanding of the military lifestyle and working with military service members and their families.
• Ability to work independently to develop, implement, and evaluate safety and intervention plans tailored to the needs of individuals and families.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and speak fluent English.
• Must pass all background and suitability checks, including installation-specific requirements.
