About the position

The Knowledge Manager at Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) plays a crucial role in developing and facilitating knowledge and information management products for the Army's Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR). This position supports the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military personnel, civilians, and their families, ensuring that knowledge products align with DPRR branding standards and effectively capture and disseminate best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and facilitate knowledge and information management products related to DPRR operations, curriculum development, and R2PC operations.
• Document key activities or learning points, producing knowledge products to facilitate replication of good practices and learning.
• Implement and administer a document management system that allows the organization to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.
• Ensure that knowledge products meet DPRR branding standards.
• Perform other responsibilities as required and support contract work performance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business or social science, or a related field.
• At least five years' experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor.
• Good command of the English language, including the ability to read, write, understand, and effectively communicate.
• Organized and experienced multi-tasker.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
