About The Position
The Master Resilience Trainer (MRT), Training Center Support (TCS) Project Manager is responsible for overseeing program management, curriculum development, course instruction, and evaluation of resilience and performance enhancement training for military service members, their families, and Department of the Army civilians. This role involves ensuring compliance and quality control across various installations, managing operations, and providing administrative support for the Army's Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR).
