An opportunity for a MRTT Spare Demand Planner has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, located in Getafe (Madrid). This position is crucial for analyzing historical data from previous maintenance events to generate patterns for both scheduled and unscheduled demands. The role involves building a method or algorithm to generate a Bill of Material (BOM) for maintenance events, tailored to the specific tasks that need to be performed during these events. Additionally, the accuracy of the BOM must be evaluated through adherence analysis, comparing it with real consumption data. The MRTT Spare Demand Planner will also be responsible for defining internal processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are customized according to each customer's requirements. This is essential for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the pool of exchanges effectively. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, adapting to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics, along with strong knowledge and experience in supply chain and logistics areas, particularly in inventory management. Proficiency in handling large datasets using advanced office software, especially Excel and Access, is necessary. Expertise in SAP R/3, particularly in the logistics-production module, is also required, along with the ability to solve complex problems and provide effective solutions. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
