About the position

The MS Compliance Officer II position at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is responsible for maintaining the integrity of system access related to the Online Registration and Identity Network (ORION) and the Florida Real-Time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS). This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and policies while providing effective communication and customer service. The position reports to the Operations Services Manager within the Bureau of Motorist Services Support, Compliance and Audit Unit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of system access and related logon assignments for ORION and FRVIS.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare reports and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Organize and present data related to system login procedures.
• Provide customer service and establish effective working relationships with others.

Requirements

• Knowledge of effective communication principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of methods for organizing and presenting data.
• Skill in collecting and recording data related to system login procedures.
• Skill in utilizing problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to make timely decisions and understand applicable regulations.
• Skill in working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
