About the position

The MS Compliance Officer II position at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is responsible for maintaining the integrity of system access and related logon assignments for critical systems such as ORION and FRVIS. This role is essential for ensuring compliance and effective communication within the department, contributing to the overall mission of highway safety and security in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of system access and related logon assignments for ORION and FRVIS.
• Report to the Operations Services Manager within the Bureau of Motorist Services Support, Compliance and Audit Unit.
• Collect and record data related to system login procedures.
• Prepare reports and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Requirements

• Knowledge of effective communication principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of methods for organizing and presenting data.
• Skill in collecting and recording data related to system login procedures.
• Skill in utilizing problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to make timely decisions and understand applicable rules and regulations.
