About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 Finance) at Ascella Technologies. This role is crucial for overseeing project schedules, resources, and reporting, ensuring that the D365 Finance solution aligns with business requirements. The position requires a blend of financial accounting knowledge, technical expertise in D365 Finance, and strong leadership skills to drive the implementation strategy and deliver value to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of a new D365-based finance system
• Coordinating the configuration and customization of D365 Finance to align with business requirements
• Driving business process discovery sessions with cross-functional teams
• Planning and managing project plans to ensure successful implementation
• Preparing status reports and facilitating weekly status review meetings with project stakeholders
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and technical resources to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience including accounting system implementation
• In-depth knowledge of D365 Finance architecture, modules, and components, specifically Accounts Receivables
• Excellent cross-functional collaborative and mediation skills
• Ability to customize and configure D365 Finance forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services
• US citizenship
