About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Power Apps - Chatbot - GCP Engineer to join our technology team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, GCP's AI and chatbot tools, and systems engineering. You will be responsible for administering and supporting applications across the Power Platform and Google Cloud environments, while also providing production support and troubleshooting capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft Power Platform components, including Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connectors.
• Administer and manage Google Cloud capabilities, particularly DialogFlow, Agent Builder, and Vertex AI for chatbot and AI integration.
• Provide support for monitoring tools and applications built on Java, .NET platforms, or SaaS platforms like Azure Cloud and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, and GCP services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain applications and ensure seamless performance.
• Provide application and platform production support, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Use tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and Autosys for monitoring and performance optimization.
• Document processes, develop training materials, and mentor team members on best practices for platform and application management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in administering Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Custom Connectors, and related services.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Cloud capabilities, especially DialogFlow, Agent Builder, and Vertex AI.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, with expertise in platform management and cloud services.
• 5+ years of experience supporting applications built on Java or .NET platforms, or managing SaaS platforms like Azure or Power Platform.
• 4+ years of experience providing production support for applications, including issue triaging and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of experience with AppDynamics for performance monitoring and analysis.
• 1+ year of experience with Splunk for log management and operational intelligence.
• 1+ year of experience with Autosys for job scheduling and automation.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong communication skills and the ability to train and mentor other team members.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or chatbot development is a plus.
