About the position

As an MS SQL Technical Support professional at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and availability of applications related to Contact Center Voice recordings technology. Responsibilities

  • Ensure application stability and availability for Contact Center Voice recordings technology.
  • Manage incidents and provide release support for various technologies like NICE Engage and Nexidia.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance platform stability and resiliency.
  • Mentor and lead team members while communicating effectively with partners and other production support teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Splunk, ASP.NET, and Dynatrace.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
