About the position

The MS Support Analyst II position is a key role within the Managed Services team, focusing on delivering exceptional technical support and customer service. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving client issues both remotely and onsite, ensuring smooth operations and successful project completions. The analyst will also handle on-call duties and contribute to special projects, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels in the Service Desk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues remotely and onsite.
  • Install PC, server, network, and BDR hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with team members to tackle complex problems and contribute to special projects.
  • Handle on-call duties, addressing after-hours tickets and supporting backup solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting and installing desktops, servers, and applications.
  • Strong analytical skills for network analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Flexibility to work various hours and be on-call when needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Current associate-level technical certification such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft associate-level.
