About the position

The MSB Sales Associate at Cardenas Markets is responsible for promoting MSB products and services through exceptional customer service. This role focuses on growing sales profitably while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and regulations. The associate will engage with customers, guide them through product offerings, and maintain a high standard of service, all while adhering to company values and policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cardenas MSB products and services through excellent customer service.
• Welcome MSB customers and guide them through product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with AML & BSA regulations and maintain required certifications.
• Conduct transactions in the POS system and be accountable for sales and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area and report any maintenance needs.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
• Promote all financial services offered by the company to increase sales.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in computer navigation and software.
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
