The Service Desk Technician will play a crucial role in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, focusing on troubleshooting user issues, deploying new systems, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. This position requires direct interaction with customers and a commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Address Tier 1 Service Desk tickets
  • Deploy new customer desktops and laptops
  • Troubleshoot general user issues such as client software installations, password resets, printer/scanner issues, and Windows operating system problems
  • Change management detail
  • Maintain integrity in accessing customer infrastructure
  • Support MSP Division in other ways as necessary
  • Take training to further skillset and undergo professional development
  • Obtain new certifications

Requirements

  • 1+ years multi-customer support experience
  • 1+ years of hands-on user IT support experience

Nice-to-haves

  • A+ certification preferred
